Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

This has been asked before
There are .keys files in
C:\Program Files\Denford\VRMilling5 - or wherever the vrmilling5.exe is located.

You select the COM port and the .KEYS file to use in setup->machine parameters -> denny in VR Milling 5 under Input / Output Devices
I think you may want to use Fanuc0M.keys (depends on the overlay you have)
Its best if you restart VR Milling now.
