If you have multiple USB ports on your PC then when you install the VR Milling software (I.e. with the Baldor driver) it just detects the one you are plugged into and no others, you can :-

A. Delete all references to the Baldor USB Driver in Control Panel
B. Power up the Machine and the PC, then plug the USB cable into the
USB port on the PC and let it autodetect the the Machine
C. Install the Baldor driver off the VR Milling CD
D. Repeat the above for all other USB port on the PC

Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

You can download the current Baldor USB device driver files here:

http://www.denfordata.com/downloads/usb_v1_0_0_3.zip
(two driver files zipped up - 14Kb)

They (Baldor) state that if you plug into a different USB port, then you will have to re-install the driver again, or plug it back into the original port.
I recommend you unzip the above file onto your C:\ drive so you can find it again without having to find one of our CD's
