Help looking for key

We purchased a machine recently. Our computer crashed with the only working program on it. The floppy drive does not contain the key required to install the software. The machine is a Novaturn with v1-7 software

You should contact the agent who supplied the machine for this as they will be able to help you.
What is the serial number on the machine (this will be displayed on the black machine lable on the electronic control box) We will be able to identify the distributor from this if you do not know who you bought it from.
