This version has these latest features/fixes:
Added ability to offset centre from left or bottom edges
Added ability to machine from angle to angle (only with linear strategy)
Max depth cut is now applied at ends of model if billet is longer (only use with new bottom clamping fixture for cars)
Changed the program output to move to correct starting angle before moving XYZ to position at the beginning
Changed output to move XY first, then Z to start of job - there were possible problems with Vertical Router colliding with the 4th axis headstock when starting to machine
Added latest ATI driver fixes for context errors
