QuickCam Pro - Plan Error

Forgive me I am IT enquiring for our technology dept who have this issue - so I know little about this 
After opening a file (3D E.g) and going through the options by clicking next - set cut depth etc..
you come to the 'Machining Plans' options.
As you 'Add' a plan and select for example 'Area Clearance' then OK. This error appears.. Any help?
