v1.13 Fix to default Z height when Billet bounds selected...it should have set the cutplane height for min Z, not the bottom of the billet. (error was introduced in v1.12)

Hi, Sorry for what is probably a basic question, but could you kindly bullet point the stages required to transfer the code from a planned and saved bitmap image within quickcampro to vr milling program? I'm either expecting the imposible or missing the obviouse.
