What are the pin out of a Denford RS232 Machine Link Cable ?

For clarification

All Denford's machines (With the exception of Micromill's and Microturn's manufactured for the USA) have a BI01812GG external serial cable connection between them and their PC's.

Micromill's and Microturn's have signal to signal adapter cables i.e. TD - TD, RD to RD, RTS to RTS etc, as the RS232 wiring crossovers are carried out internally on the machines themselves.

The Micromill and MicroTurn supplied in the USA and Canada have a different external serial cable to all the other machines in the range.
