Orac Spindle not turning

Hi everyone, hope someone can help me. I have an Orac lathe that I was planning to sell but unfortunately the spindle will no longer turn. When I push the Stop Start buttons, relays will momentarily energise on one of the boards in the rear but the spindle will not turn. The x and y actions are ok and if I turn the spindle manually, the spindle speed will indicate. It was working the other week but not now. All the fuses that I can see from the rear are ok. Any help would be appreciated.
