E-Stop Button Replacement

Post by juli » Tue 05 Dec , 2006 18:34 pm

Instructions for replacing E-Stop Button on a Denford Micro Machine

Install new E-Stop switch. You may have to trim off the small alignment dimple. Carefully use a small sharp knife blade ( X-acto ) or a file.

Cut old terminals off wire and strip insulation back about ¼”. Crimp on the new terminals.

Install wires on the two terminals of the switch marked with the black line ( #11 & #12 ). Carefully push on; these have a very tight fit.

For 4 wire E-Stop switches, use terminals 21 & 22 for the second pair of wires. Pair same color wires together. ( I.E. red to red-11 & 12, blue to blue-21 & 22 )
