Triac ATC parameters

Hi everyone,
I have a 1993 triac atc that I have lost the parameters.
I have the general list that is in the books for the machine but nothing specific for my machine like the 900 or 700 parameters or diagnostic, is there anyway to get that information
My machine serial number is EO4277A
Fanuc om c type AO2B 0098 B511.
