rs232 to 7 pin

Just bought an old Starmill the cable from the computer 25 pin (good)has a broken
other end which was round and has 4 wires red, black, white ,yellow.
the machine has a RS232 sticker next to it.

im not overly familiar with the starmill but that connection looks like a fairly bog standard 7 pin din. new plugs are readily available.

decent complete cables seem to be a bit trickier to find but its not impossible
