Baldor Drive error 11 on Green 7 segment display

Customer writes :-

The green LED stays permanently lit with the 7 segment display showing 11. This then resets and starts all over again. _ |_| |_|

11 indicates the bootloader is jumping to firmware. The firmware is not running properly so the Watchdog barks and the process starts again.
The bootloader thinks there is firmware available so it suggests the firmware must be corrupted somehow.

Have you tried downloading firmware again? (does your host application download firmware? If so, maybe the source file on the PC has become corrupted).

If a known good firmware file has been downloaded then it suggest there is some sort of memory fault and the unit will need returning for repair.
