7-seg code question

I've gotta smartstep3 controller, DenMint

7-seg is dsplaying a blinking dot, and an L ".L" (dot is blinking)

What the heck does that mean?

Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile

according to the old mint manual, L is Limit Switch Open
It doesn't mention the dot.

I have a feeling that this could be related to 'L'oading the mint program :?: (Mint is the Programmable Logic on these controls)

The L means that the software has not connected to the control card. Are you using Dos software?
