mitsubishi control / repairs

Post by rogdog » Sat 28 Jul , 2007 12:17 pm

Hello
I'm just about to buy a Takumi machine with a Mitsubishi control and am based in S/Yorkshire.
Can anyone recommend a Mitsubishi specialist engineer for repairs?preferably an independant one man band type.
Also I could do with a few fellow mitsubishi user contacts to share info on alarms, parameters, programming, problems, and quirks. I think it is a 520 system.
I'm fully conversant with Fanuc but have not used Mitsubishi

Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

I'm sure there are plenty out there, but I don't know any - have never got involved with a Mitsi Control before - only the PLCs

You should try the electrical wholesalers in your area who deal with Mistubishi - I'm sure they'll have a list of local experts.
