Senior 3C mill

Hi I have just bought a 1989 Senior 3C mill which when I turn it on puts a 10HP solid state 3 phase converter into current limit when I press the 'drives on button' It was working when I saw it at the dealers. Has anyone else experienced this problem ? Does anyone have a circuit diagram or manual?
