We have a Denford CNC Milling Machine Model Number TDS/E/M/CNC built in 1984, serial number 32424. We are in need of collar that screws into the quill for the z axis movement. Can you supply? How much? What is the latest software for this machine?

Attached are pics of the Denford CNC Mill.
1842 is the mill.
1972 is the nut that is needed. This nut has broken its threads.

The other two jpjs show the z-axis related parts.

Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

I can't find any relevant drawings or info here.
I suspect the machine was imported to the UK then retrofitted with the CNC and motors here.

I can only recommend tapping the old thread out, and having an engineering form make a new nut for you (I'm pretty sure it will be metric btw)

As for the software, I'm afraid its too old to upgrade to our latest software, unless you want to spend a lot of time and money on it.
