Mill

I believe these were badged far eastern imports, and later provided the basis for the Easimill CNC machines - see ( viewtopic.php?t=373 ).

I recall seeing some literature relating to manual mills like this when I visited Denford, but I can't remember if it was just advertising material from the far eastern manufacturers or if there was a manual.

After sorting through various boxes of information, I put a lot of stuff relating to manual machines in one pile, which (hopefully) Admin knows where. He might be able to find something there.

I found this manual for a VIP (V1P ?) which looks similar
The word Warco A1S has VIP written over it inside the book

There is another short manual which says
Instruction manual for:

M1 Horizontal Miller
Major Horizontal Miller
ELT Horizontal Miller
VS Horizontal Miller

Junior Miller
Universal Horizontal Swivel Table
Hand lever Horizontal Miller
Light Vertical Type S Miller
And another set of type written sheets for the V1P and V2P Vertical Milling Machines

I was thinking that it was probably very similar to the machines that were badged by Warco, Myford, Graham Engineering (Alpine), etc.

The other manual, for M1, Major, ELT, VS etc is for Tom Senior machines - I thought I remembered seeing one for them.
I'd like a copy of that next time I'm there, as it covers both of my mills (a Tom Senior VS and a Denford Senior E-type. Then I'll then scan / reproduce it and post it in the downloads section.

I'm hoping that our new A3 colour photocopier / printer / scanner will be here by then, and someone (other than me) can get on with scanning all the old stuff in quickly :D

Andy
Many thanks for your efforts in locating a manual for my machine, the photo diagram looks identical to the mill I have.
Kind regards
Paul
