The ULSDB refers to the database file that has all the
material settings for the standard driver. Often times this error
appears when a version of the standard driver is being used that is not
compatible with Service Pack 2 of Win XP. For example, a customer may be using an older driver such as 1.26.4 with no problems. Then the
computer's XP is updated to Service Pack 2. Now suddenly they will
receive this error message. In this case we simply upgrade the
customer's driver to 1.28.0 or higher, as these are all fully compatible
with XP SP2.
