rotary fixture

We've set the rotary up as in the instructions and it's done everything it should bar actually etching the pattern on the glass. Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved. Ta

Have you selected the correct fixture type in the VersaLASER settings dialog box.You need to check that you have selected "Glass & Ceramic", "Glass-Marking", then Fixture type ="ROTARY FIXTURE" & then insert the diameter of the glass. You then need to remove the air assist cone to stop it hitting the fixture.
You may also need to check that you have "AUTO Z" enabled in the Versalaser control software (under the setup tab)
If it still fails can you supply more info on what does happen?
