Versa Laser 2.0 non-responsive

Our Versalaser was working fine up to about an hour ago.

A Y11 student then tried to use it and the laser will not respond.

The red light does not appear when we open the lid and a red and green LED are visible on the control panel either side of the start button.

Our technician is off sick at the moment and we have our Y11 deadline looming, there could not be a worse time for the laser to stop working!

Please can someone suggest something we can do to bring it back to life?

What version of laser software are you running?
