Hi
I'm having a problem with my extraction unit (Veras Laser Advantage Extraction) The beeper does not turn off but continues to sound for the duration of the cut. Everything seems to be working fine but the beeper is annoying to say to least. Is there there an easy fix for this

Thanks
Mike

The buzzer will sound when either all 3 LED’s are on indicating filters are full or if all 3 LED’s flash indicating a system failure, in this case it would indicate there is no vacuum within the unit (motor not running). In this case check the fuses.

Hi
I'v checked all the fuses, The compressor fuse was blown. I replaced it and I've also replaced both filters. The beeper continues to sound, and there are no LEDs lighting or flashing.

Manufacturer of the extraction unit replies....................

Hi

He mentioned that no LED’s were showing so it sounds like either a fuse for the PCB is blown or the internal Power supply is not working or the PCB itself is faulty.

The best way to check this is to have a voltmeter set to DC and test the red/black wires going to the PCB they should be at 12VDC

Thank you
