Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

There is the installation guide here:

:? Looks a bit in-depth - use at your own risk !

If I find anything else, I'll post it up

I really don't know where it was purchased, I'm supposing that directrly from Universal Systems because we had replaced some parts with them in the past, but we have 2 laser machines, I'm Located in El Paso, TX, We have 1 Universal M-360 and a VersaLaser VL200 and I'm looking for the Versalaser Advanced Driver for my Versalaser.

I am not sure if we can distribute the advanced driver from here.

The ULS staff monitor our forum so hopefully they will reply and tell you how you can get hold of this.

I will make a request that they respond.

Hello casiopedia,

The advanced driver is not for free and you have to attend a special training in Scottsdale at ULS Inc. before you allowed to get it.
Please get in contact with your sales person and let him know your machine serial numbers and also your request.

Thank you for your understanding.
best regards
