Rotary (CORA) advanced driver VL 300

Post by valva » Tue 21 Aug , 2007 13:26 pm

Hi

In the standart driver I fill in the diameter and the software figures out the right engraving hight (Z axis) and adjusting the table.

In the advanced driver I fill in the diameter, the software does not adjust the table, if I enable auto z the table is ajusted to the hight of the coler black.

Anybody know how to use the advanced driver rotary funktion regarding auto ajusting the z axis.

Hi,

Where are you located?

I am not too sure of the question you are asking. Are you using the rotary fixture? What version of driver are you using?

I am visiting the ULS factory today so will ask them if they can help.

Can you please add as much information as possible.

Thanks.

VL300 Advanced Driver

Dear Valva,

We will look into this issue. It is possible that Auto-Z was not enabled (in the driver's source code) when the Rotary Fixture is selected in the driver.

Once we have an answer, I will post it here.

Thank you for your input!

First hi Steve

I'm located in Denmark, hope not I'm intruding, yes I use rotary fixture

Second Hi Technical Support Department
Thank you for your reply, gues the problem cut be something like you described.

When you enable rotary fixture the driver have to override Auto-z settings in the color table (pen mode) and ajust to the hight calculated by diameter information you type in.

Thank you very much .
