Hi guys - you aint let me down yet - please don't fail me now
So, I have VLS with honeycomb bed and I need to cut really small acrylic parts - varying sizes 4/5/6 mm.
Trouble is I keep loosing them through the honeycomb
I don't want to have to keep dragging out the bed after each cut and rummaging around to try and find the parts and have tried several things with no success .... any suggestions welcome .... can you help ?

Re: Cutting really small pieces
Remove the honeycomb table & pack the material on 10mm blocks then set the fixture type to custom & 10mm to allow for the blocks.

or just leave the honeycomb in place and put on blocks as Martin says, setting custom fixture to the thickness of the support blocks. I have actually managed to cut through 13mm material before by saying it was the max thickness it reports it can cut (8.9mm I think) but mounted on a custom block 4.1mm.

That's great thanks
I guess that 10mm is the magic distance for the beam to be dispersed and not bounce back from the engraving table?

Re: Cutting really small pieces
You could try 3mm. It should be ok with that.
