Power drawbar upgrade

Can anyone help me define what's needed to upgrade from an easychange tool holder to a powerdraw bar?

The machine is a 1998 Triac PC.

The Denford guys said they still have most of the parts but their technical director is away until next week so they suggested posting on here.

Many thanks,

Dan

I believe the parts I need are as follows:

Collar VMC/0106
Drawbar RM6/102
Retaining Nut VMC/0111
Belville Springs BI00196E

Looks like the top bearing mount is also required.

Items:

TR3/112
BI00109A

Are these to support the spindle during a tool change?

Dan, did you ever do this? Are the parts mentioned all that's required, and how easy / difficult was the conversion?

Thanks,

Luke

I never managed to make much progress with my enquiry as Denford couldn't provide any prices or information regarding the modification.

This is still something I would like to do and I will probably try again once I have completed converting the machine to Mach.

I have been using the power drawbar without issues.

I am sharing the fusion 360 model here in the hope someone finds it useful.

Please find the 3D model for the drawbar assembly attached.
