Hi,

I have just bought a 1997 Triac VMCwith toolchanger and Fanuc O-M control, the serial number is 70826B.
It will be delivered this week and I wondered if anyone has a data sheet or information on how much power it will draw.
This is the information from the plate on the machine...

Voltage 415V F.L.C 30A 50Hz 3Ph

I can have some three phase isolaters added to the workshop but wondered if it will really draw that much power.

Hope someone can help, many thanks in advance

James

Mine (1990 MY) runs fine off a 4HP (3kW) rotary phase converter that itself runs off a 20A D rated breaker. Never had a problem cutting steel, ali or plastic.

The FLC on my machine's plate is 26A (3ph). I have a 1Hp spindle if that helps the comparison.

Thanks for the info, yet to plug the machines in. Just got them off the pallets, hopefully switch them on early next week.
