Starturn 8, fuse for spindle,

Hello,
I switch on my starturn 8 after 2 years! When i Start the spindle, i reduce the speed, the machine stops and the fuse for the spindle is gone!
It smells now like burned Electric device! Has anyone the same experience?
What can be damaged? Were can i buy spare Parts
