Urgent help needed please.

I have my Nee Starmill with v2.5 software operating it all.

I am having trouble with toolchanging. The Starmill does not have an ATC.

When I am in manual mode , I can set tool lengths and the z datum. I can then keep going back and forth between the tools and not lose position.
However , when in program mode tool 1 goes to the correct position. When tool 2 is called in the program , the z axis moves up and appears to loose steps. Then moves in the x and y axis moves to the right position. Now when tool 2 moves to the programmed position , the tool is absolutely way off due to the lost steps.

The question is how do I interrogate and alter the settings so that the toolchange position is the same in both manual and auto ?

It looks like you can alter the toolchange values by altering the .OPT file. (I presume this will be Starmill.opt)
I have looked through similar software to locate the correct text as below. You should be able to do the same for x & y if requiered.

toolchangez 210
