Not stopping and homing after a job

Post by RyanBall » Fri 19 May , 2017 3:29 am

Hi,
My machine is cutting fine but after a job it stops at the end, router still spinning and does not home. I am having to do this manually. I'm sure it's something simple - any clues?
Thanks in advance

Check the G code. Are the lines there to stop the spindle and home? if not its not the machine but how the code is being written

How are you stopping the spindle at the end? Can you just enter jog mode?

It could be the communications have failed down the USB. What are you machining and are you running the extraction?

Is so try running without the extraction. It could be a static problem.
