Guard lockout

Post by dlass3 » Wed 22 Oct , 2014 23:44 pm

I seem to be having trouble with the guard lock on our 6600 Pro. The pin does not align with the lock. It used to just slot in but now i have to hold it so it enters. It is missing to the front of the slot and there doesnt seem to be any adjustment. Nothing has been adjusted on the machine so we cant work out how this has happened.

Are the 3 hinges all good?

The dog is held on with 2 x M4 nuts which if you slacken them off should give you a bit of movement.
