Router 2600 pro Re:- Vacuum Pump

After using the router to cut out components, the vacuum pump continiues to run. Can you please confirm how I should stop the pump without damaging the work or the machine.

The Vacuum is held on when in auto.
Switch back to manual mode & then turn it off.
