Hi folks,
Some decent progress has been made on my Novamill upgrades, and I now have coolant.
This seems to be having a positive effect on surface finish in free cutting aluminium, and generally how the tools are cutting.
Have a look at my YouTube video if you are interested.

That clamp/stop on the right looks interesting! Did you machine the yourself? It looks like it's sitting on raised pads, and has tangs to fit the T-slots? What material is it made from?
Cheers

Hi Jon,
it's a practice piece for the mounting plate (which is square) for my 4th axis I use it as a stop. The tangs are to provide alignment via mating with the t slot walls. The 4th axis then is aligned by the shoulders.
I will still have to sweep it in for accurate work but most of the time it's good enough to drop on and go.
thanks for the interest...
Cheers
