Repairing a Denford Cyclone lathe in Hampshire/Surrey area..

Post by ti nut » Mon 02 Oct , 2017 15:37 pm

Hi all,

We have been trying to fix a ‘96 Cyclone TU150-P with Fanuc 0T-C but with limited success.

The Cyclone throws a 401 VRDY OFF alarm on startup which seems to relate to either a faulty axis drive or a bad connection tripping the drives. Unfortunately we don't have wiring diagrams so are mostly working blind.

If anyone is experienced in repairs without wiring diagrams and in the Hampshire/Surrey area (or willing to travel), please could you let us know? Happy to provide more info if needed.

Also, any recommendations on people or a company who might be able to make a stab at fixing the lathe, would also be welcome.

Many thanks in advance!
