spindel of MRC 40 dos not work

We have a new CNC MRC 40. In the first test all has worked. Now i have started a program which was with the maschine, all axes work good but the spindel dos not turn. We have tested the motor oft the spindel he works you can hear the contact when the program starts but the spindel dos not turn. Waht ca I do?

When you try to start the spindle does the guard lock? This would indicate the spendle enable is present.

On the control panel screen there should be a green indicator to indicate the spindle is enabled.

You could also check the motor is plugged in correctly and that the switch on the motor is on.

Finally there is a fuse FS4 on the relay control card. this should be a 6.3A F rated fuse. Can you check this out?
