Microrouter Compact Spindle motor will not turn problem

Spindle motor won't turn on.
The machine operates normally, X Y Z move, jog operate fine.
Changed brushes in Spindle motor and runs when plugged into 110v outlet when using the power cord as an adapter.
Guard interlock works, relays work, have 110v to spindle card input but nothing on the output to motor.
Any ideas on what to look for?
Am I missing something?

Thanks for any help.

Could be that the analogue command into the spindle drive is too low.
Be careful if checking this with a meter, as I think its at mains potential, not a 0-10V signal referenced from ground. The analogue output from the Baldor control is isolated, so provides a changing voltage on top of what its connected to.

Too low a command voltage would mean no rotation at all as the motor only kicks in at around 4000 RPM, ie above 15% of command voltage

You could also check the wiring out by bypassing the drive and connecting 100VAC direct to the motor cables in the cabinet.

Checked connections, relay clicks on/off, guard cycles, and checked fuses. Diagnosis - bad bottom of Nextstep Control Card; replaced the control card with a new one and all is running just fine.

This could be an issue we have found with older bottom boards:

The older bottom boards had spindle analog problems when the machine input voltage was lower or higher than in the UK.
