Compact Router Spindle drive board

I have no rotation of the spindle motor, if i plug it directly into the mains supply then motor works fine
Can you select the Max Speed from the software and make sure the feed override knob it turned fully Clockwise then check the voltage between P1 and P2. If the analogue is working then you should get between 10 and 11 volts
Between L1 L2 conections, you should have around 240V AC. (Mains Supply)
Between P1 and P2. you should get between 0v and 11v (Analogue in)
Between A+ and A-, is the Voltage out to the motor
