When trying to home the machne, the numbers for the Z axis scroll in the control panel, but the Z does not move. The homing "time Out" error pops up after a while. All of the fuses check out OK and the fuse on the control card was replaced with 6.3 amp

Any ideas?

Check the E-Stop contact block. In the Microrouter Compact, the E-Stop is exposed to dust unlike the enclosed area for the E-Stop in the Compact 1000. The contact blocks may have dust inside, preventing the contacts from closing properly.

The contact blocs were full of balsa dust. Cleaned with air, reattached and all is working properly!
