What's driving your Z-axis?

Post by GillianS » Mon 18 Mar , 2024 14:21 pm

Hi, I'm trying to get a handle on what stepper motors have been fitted to drive the Z-axis on the various versions of the Microrouter.

I have a May 2001 Microrouter 3 with Sn H01165/1 which has an MAE HS200-2221-0300 3A hybrid motor and the usual Sanyo Denki 2A Step syn ones on X and Y. It's got the 5A cable and porter motor as well as the USB nextmove card.

Is there a serial number of chassis stamp on the router cabinet itself that I can cross-reference against the control box to check they are a pair?

Many thanks,
Gillian.
