sprint 800 problem

Hi i have just converted to mach3 and having trouble with the spindle but not sure where the problem is. I there any reason why im getting random voltages i have 240v going in but im getting 27.8vac out of the red 1 0-10v wire and 27.8vac out of 22/23 and also same out of 87/88. just don't know where to start to dianose it, can anyone help ?
