The vacuum on our machine is very poor, is there a filter to clean? Where is it or where is the pump to check the hoses? :?
I think people have been letting the waste wood go through!

The pump for the vac bed is inside the base of the machine.

On the newer Microrouters there is a inspection plate on the right hand side of the machine which can be removed.

On the earlier machines the only way to get to the pump is to tip the whole machine back. If you remove all loose items You can then lift the front to a position where it balances & just needs someone to steady it.

The filter is inside the white plastic cup on the end of the pump & can be removed by taking out the centre screw. I would normally then remove the foam filter & carefully vac it & also any dust that is in the clear plastic pipe. Be careful when you replace the white cap that you do not disturb the O ring.
