Which MicroMill 2000 Wiring Diagrams?

Post by 762x51 » Thu 08 Nov , 2012 21:43 pm

I cannot find a set of wiring diagrams that match the MicroMill 2000 I have.
Would someone point me in the right direction......

Thanks in advance,
Orin

Here are photos of the data plate, electronics panel, and close-ups of the 5 relays and controller.
Speed controller appears to be a KB Electronics.

Are the attached drawings the ones I should use for my MicroMill 2000?
It appears that collectively they would be correct for my machine.

These drawings are from file MicroTurn-Electrical-Denstep-110v-circa2000.pdf which I found at:
viewtopic.php?f=36&t=2929

Based on other Denford drawing sets numbering sequence I've looked at, the drawings missing are MK2-1, MK2-2, and MK2-4
and drawings MT-2000-1, MT-2000-2, and MT-2000-4 could be used to replace the missing drawings.

Use the Micromill 2000 Denstep drawings from the attached link:

Please take a look at the photos of the electronics panel in my MicroMill 2000.
Note that there are 5 relays, not 3 as in the drawings you recommended and that the spindle speed is controlled from the DenStep and not from the front panel mounted pot.

Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

Sorry but I can't find any drawings which match your machine...it could be a development or test machine which would have been documented in the USA office (now closed)
I've added all I could find to this post:

Thank you very much for posting the drawings.
The drawing series M2K-AU xx in file Micromill-2000-denstep-110v-1.pdf appears at first glance to be correct for my machine.
