Total newbie with three micro machines- help and first of my

Hello! total newbie here without a clue on top of that!

I picked up two micro mills and a micro turn yesterday from a local guy who got them at a school auction a while back and never used them. I have teacher manuals and cd's and a set of 3.5 floppys even. I do not have a dingle/dongle whatever and wonder if I can get the security code for what I bought. I believe two of them are ready for a pc!

BTW any of you have luckwith the USB to serial port adapters or do you need a serial port computer?

Also is there a page of projects built with these machines here somewhere? I am curious as to what ya can actually do with them!
