Good Day,
On a previously working Micromill, on power up the LED display reads "5" or "S", and then a 'backward L'...
accompanied by two error messages on the monitor, the first read : " abort or interpreter error " and
the second reads : " stop asserted ". Any help would be appreciated.
Thank You,
James

Re: Micromill 2000
Not sure what the backward L would mean as it's not listed here
viewtopic.php?f=54&t=3167
But the S means that the Emergency stop input is not closed so nothing will run until it sees the estop input.
(without looking at the electrical drawings) it could be because the E stop button has failed, a wire has come loose, a voltage is missing (check fuses) or the guard interlock is faulty.

Re: Micromill 2000
Thank You for the error code list. My customer has not calle dback yet, so I am assuming he found a problem with the E-STOP circuit.
Thanks again for the help.

James.
