Micromill 2000 NS - Spindle does not turn on
Check the spindle fuse (FS1). The spindle go relay was not energizing when the M3 (Spindle Forward) command was given.
Things to check
Check all connectors on the power control board and the control card are connecting tightly and not on insulation.
Check the 2 orange e-stop wires (take off the front panel connect) and check for tight connection and not on insulation.

Customer writes back ...The spindle now works. The connection from the e-stop wire was loose, it was pinched down on the insulatin of the wire and not the wire itself, causing a bad connection.
