Micromill 2000 - Z climbs on Computer - Machine Unresponsive

When homing the machine, the coordinates in the Z axis continue to climb on the screen, but the machine is unresponsive. If the orange button on the middle relay (E-STOP) is held in, the machine operates normally.

Possible bad relay or loose connection/bad wire going to the relay socket. Voltage at pins 2 & 10 should be 110 vac. Possibly new relay will be needed - 110/120 vac 11 pin.
