Hi to all,
I am trying to get an Esimill up and running, it is a 1984 model with a PNC3 issue 2 control, the machine is working and cutting metal fine but the tape drive does not work and I cannot get the RS232 to talk to the XP PC so that I can save my programs, I have run Hyperterminal and done a loop back test right up to the PNC3 board and all is good, my question is, can I test the output from the PNC3 end going the other way?
I have tried different baud rates, Odd and Even parity, 7 and 8 bit etc but nothing so any help would be apreciated.
Regards
Steven
