After setting up the PCB file and using the wizard I get an error
"The work area is out the machine range X=0.00 Y=0.00 Z = 3.00"

There is no help file or documentation to help, and the suite refuses to engrave the board.

Before I engraved a few boards without any problems, no settings were changed.

You probably need to home up the machine then jog to the front left of the bed and set this point as the datum. If the datum is set at the point where the machine is at home the imported program will be outside the limits of the machine. You should be able to see the datum symbol on the screen and the design you have brought in should be shown also. Make sure both are in the bed area of the machine.
