//v1.15 - 26th June 2012 - Added some post processing options. Menu: Options > Post Options...
// - Denford Directives can be turned off
// - Comment character can be changed
// - Comments can be turned off
// - Output file extension can be changed
// - Arc direction can be reversed G2 <-> G3
// - Arc IK values can be output instead of R (radius)
// - Header and footer text can be added to the top and bottom of the posted gcode
**nb, if you want the new tooling (*.mml) files to be installed then you must delete ALL instances 1st.
there will be .mml files in allusers\app data\denford\machines
AND in YourUserName\app data\denford\machines
