I have got parts that I only need internal turning.
How can I start internal without starting on the outside.
And I also have problems with editing the arcs after they have bee placed in the drawing.
And sometimes if I convert an line to an arch, I cant alter the center of the circle.
I also have problems converting DXF files to the software.

Can you post a sample .dxf you're struggling with ?

The issue of only wanting to create internal cuts may not be possible due to the way the software was designed - it was designed to make it difficult to do possibly unsafe things like drill into a bar without first facing it off.
If you allowed it to face off, then the internal operations should be calculated fine. If this is no good for your job then maybe you can delete the external ops from the .fnl file

We will report the other issues and see if they can be fixed.

I can always start with facing on the item.

If you want to just do internal work you have to start with an outside profile.

Set the material diameter to be bigger than the billet.

Draw a vertical line on the front face then a short horizontal line at the billet diameter (so it will not actually cut) then click end and draw the internals.

In this way it will face off then do the internals.

Having looked at the DXF file you have exported the full drawing where all that is needed is the profile of the actual part.

QuickTURN 2D Design will not machine internals with undercuts.

Also the DXF import to the software is part of the CAD engine (that is a 3rd party product) and while we can make some changes to it there are issues that we cannot resolve.
