Updates since v1.2:
v1.3 - fixed random exception errors in Generate Wizard Profile page
v1.3 - added Parting option to GrooveTool so you can part off, but don't have to rough or finish with it.
v1.3 - fixed a problem in Queen.fnl where it ran back to the start of a shallow curve, instead of the intersection from last point.
v1.3 - made it so that billet size in wizard will add on width of groove tool when parting off (it used to be width(2.2) +1)
v1.3 - added material alter button in CAM wizard
v1.3 - added a general option to allow thread pitch editing onscreen (ie live) or not. default is onscreen editing off
v1.3 - change name of threading bar to 'Internal threading bar’
v1.3 - disabled generate button - gets reenabled only when going Next> into the Generate page again
v1.3 - fixed a problem with materials not updating if you went to tooling and changed tooltype eg, from a drill to a turning tool
v1.3 - Generate now checks internal threading bar size to see if can perform the thread without hitting the sides. (min cut dia. of tool is (B/2) + f
v1.3 - Fixed a problem of back finishing tool being able to get too close to chuck (ie end of billet)

v1.4 - Added menu options to allow for front cutting machine - remembered once set... change tool types to not inverted to allow them to be picked by the wizard
v1.4 - Change to Flash code Security mean the Upgrade.. button can be removed by puttting DisableFlashUpgrade.txt into the programs .exe directory

NB: VR Turning v1.21 or higher is required for the QuickTURN threading cycles to work properly on a Denford machine.
